We invest in efforts that empower women and girls. Since 2001, we’ve awarded 128 grants worth over $1,500,000  to programs that enhance the economic independence, lifeskills, and leadership potential of women and girls in Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union counties.

And we do this in a democratic, inclusive process that includes training, support, and feedback. Best of all, we invite real central Ohio women and girls to be Grant Readers, helping us select our grant partners. Read about our grantreading process.
