The Social Change Exchange uses an appreciative and strengths-based inquiry and World Café model of gathering.  Attendees will share and listen about the needs of women and girls in our community, raise awareness and spark interest in advocacy making a call to action as an advocate for women and girls. 

This year the topic of the Social Change Exchange was girls.  By placing a gender lens on discussions about childhood where none were before, discussions will help shift the framing of girls’ issues for attendees and especially decision makers. It is our hope that this discussion will be a foundation for continued conversations in each of the counties as well as laying a foundation to change the way decision makers view girls in central Ohio.
